Pete Churchill (Royal Academy of Music) 2 album releases, 2 national tours and recipients of 2 awards from Help Musicians, ‘Aspyrian’ are fast gaining a reputation as one of the most ambitious new acts to emerge on the UK jazz scene.
As well as drawing inspiration from many contemporary jazz artists, the London-based trio are influenced by an eclectic mix of soulful songwriters and alternative bands, resulting in an ensemble sound that is captivating and truly unique. The band features:

Aspyrian’s recent album release – ‘to explore (vol. 2)’ – has seen thousands of streams and has been selected for multiple prominent jazz playlists. This release coincided with an 11-date UK tour in Autumn 2024, with concerts at prestigious venues on the jazz circuit.
Previous performance highlights include a sold-out show at the 2022 EFG London Jazz Festival as well as an 8-date UK tour in 2023, with shows at Pizza Express Live and The Jazz Centre UK.
