The Old Chapel at Calstock Arts is a fully licensed wedding venue on the banks of the River Tamar, the ideal space for a romantic elopement, an intimate small ceremony or a larger celebration. Suitable for your ceremony, reception and evening do, the Old Chapel makes a fabulous backdrop for your special day.

A converted Methodist Chapel, it has the original stained glass windows, a dramatic vaulted ceiling, a gallery and a stunning, massive plate glass window with stunning views across the River Tamar to Devon, the Calstock Viaduct, fields, woodlands and Cotehele House beyond. With fantastic acoustics and amazing light that floods into the main auditorium, it’s a  beautiful, elegant venue that you can make your own.

Our venue has two main spaces: the Main Auditorium and the Kelly Room. Both are suitable for hire and can accommodate around 100 people. There is also a fully licenced bar & kitchen available.

Our prices depend on size & type of wedding and will be personalised to you.
