Calstock Arts (‘we’), as the data processor, are committed to keeping any personal information you give us safe.  We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • When you complete an Initial Hire Form
  • When you complete a Friends or Volunteers Form
  • When you subscribe to our Newsletter

Consent – We can collect personal information with your consent – for example when you sign up to our newsletter or complete a Friends of Calstock Arts form.

Contractual Obligation – We can collect personal information in order to comply with a contractual obligation – for example when you hire the Old Chapel for a wedding or function.

Legal compliance – if we are required to by law – for example passing on details of individuals involved in fraud or other criminal activity against Calstock Arts to a law enforcement agency.

With your consent and/or as part of our contractual obligations we will use your personal information to provide you with the information or services you have requested

We will not share your personal information with other parties other than our ticketing service.
